Dr. Bisceglie attended the University of Illinois with a major in Biology.

He received his Doctoral Degree in Naprapathic Medicine; a four year program which included a full year doctor-supervised clinical internship as part of the training. 

Dr. Bisceglie is Board Certified and licensed as a Doctor of Naprapathic Medicine with the state of Illinois. He is a National Board Certified Nutritional Specialist. (C.N.S) He is also a member of the American Naprapathic Association (A.N.A.), Illinois Naprapathic Association (I.N.A.), North American Naprapathic (N.A.N.A.) and National College of Naprapthic Medicine alumni association.

Dr Bisceglie has published peer-reviewed clinical articles in Journal of the American Naprapathic Association, and the Alternative Network directory. He has held several lectures on various health topics.
